What’s Covered

Every commitment below is part of how we run a job. If any of them aren’t met, the guarantee applies. No carve-outs, no “subject to availability” language.

• Workmanship for a full year. If a duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, or duct sealing job fails within 365 days because of something we did, we return and correct it at no charge.
• Written price before work starts. The number on your quote is the number on your invoice. You’ll never hear “while we were in there, we found” followed by a new total.
• Free second visit if the repair fails. This is included in the Done Right Promise, not negotiated after the fact. You tell us it’s not right; we schedule the return.
• On-time arrival inside the quoted window. If we’re running late, you’ll know before the window closes. If you’re waiting and wondering, something’s already gone wrong.
• Site left clean. Drop cloths down, booties on, equipment staged outside when possible. When we leave, the only evidence we were there is cleaner air moving through your vents.
• Parts and materials handled correctly. If we supply or install a component during duct sealing, and that component fails due to our workmanship within the year, it’s covered under the same promise.

Our Satisfaction Promise

Here’s the make-it-right process, exactly as it works. If you’re not satisfied with the job, you call us at (661) 523-0295. A live person answers, day or night. You explain what’s wrong. We schedule the return visit. The technician who comes back reviews the original work order, looks at what you’re seeing, and fixes it. If that fix holds, the case is closed. If it doesn’t, we keep coming back until it does. Roy Castellanos, the owner of our Santa Clarita location, reviews every complaint personally and signs off before a job is marked complete. What we don’t do is argue about whether your concern is legitimate. If you say it’s not right, we treat it as not right until proven otherwise.
